At COC-Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your COC-Online account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached and the items are in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
